IRIDA 0.15.0 Released

The 0.15.0 version of IRIDA has been released! Download the new version on our downloads page.

The main new feature is the addition of QC indicators on the project/samples page. Initially this feature will display a warning when sequencing data uploaded to a project can not be processed, or if it doesn’t pass the coverage requirements of a project. Other changes include fixes to the way IRIDA communicates with Galaxy for running pipelines. This should improve stability so that IRIDA can handle a larger number of pipelines running at the same time.
